Returns + Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage or marks. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@quicktraps.co.uk.
If your return is accepted, we’ll let you know how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please Note
We do not offer prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Only items purchased from quicktraps.co.uk are eligible for return.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@quicktraps.co.uk. Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
Used items
● Opened traps
● Perishable goods (such as bait)
● Gift cards
● Custom or personalised orders
Exchanges
For the fastest service, if you need to exchange an item, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
Original delivery fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item)
If your return is not accepted, you will be responsible for any costs to return the item to you.
